As an Advocate of the High Court in Uganda, Martha brings a robust blend of expertise and passion to the legal arena, specializing in corporate law across diverse sectors and jurisdictions. She has played a pivotal role in high-stakes litigation that has shaped outcomes in banking and finance, energy, family law, estate management, and commercial disputes. Her ability to navigate complex legal landscapes has also seen her advising on critical data protection and privacy matters, crafting policies, and ensuring compliance in an ever-evolving digital world. Currently, she is on an academic journey, pursuing an LL.M. in Oil and Gas at the Institute of Petroleum Studies. This specialized program is a deep dive into one of the most dynamic sectors globally, focusing on oil and gas contracting, international energy policy, and project financing of natural resources.
